    I wanted to ask you when you split columns from transform tab, if we want to select particular length of characters , whcih are not same in entire column, how to specify the no of characters.

I am truly amazed at the complexity of Excel and what it will do I can only express admiration for the designers who write the programme as we are only attempting to use a programme they have provided. I find your explanations and presentation first class. I have always been a Paradox and Access user so Excel is another world

    The video is an embedded YouTube video. The video plays fine for me. It may be that you have restrictions on viewing YouTube on your firewall.
