Does anyone understand topic 11.3 cell E6 of Xtreme Pivot Tables? What is the usefulness of Date Formula. I don't see the points of the cell E6.
=+GETPIVOTDATA("SALES",$A$1,"ORDER DATE",DATE(2012,1,12))
Please help.

Hey Taviwan,
I did this to show that you can use other functions within the GETPIVOTDATA formula.
This will come in handy when you create an ad-hoc report using the GETPIVOTDATA formula, like a "Live Forecast", as I show in tutorial 11.7
