I've set up multiple groups within my pivot table. Let's say group 123 consists of:

A   $$$

B   $$$

C   $$$

If I wanted to move B from group 123 to group 456, is my only option to UNGROUP group 123 and then select A and C and group them again as 123 or is there an easier way to move group elements around to other groups once you've set up the original data?

Hi Anahita,
There is no other way that I know for moving an item into another group, I'm afraid un-grouping and regrouping is the only way.

Hello Anahita,

You can also highlight all the items within the first group and press the CTRL key and select the item from the second group.

Then Right Click and select Group and it will bring in the new item.

I hope this helps 🙂

Thanks,

John
