The attached workbook was working properly and all pivot tables updated successfully until new row 1784 was inserted in the middle of the table by another user on the "raw data" tab. Now none of the associated pivot tables show the data from row 1784 no matter how many times "refresh all" is used. Does anyone have any ideas how to get this working again?
I use Excel2016 and the other user is on Excel2010

Hi Jayne,
There wasn't a file attached. You have to click the yellow 'start upload' button to actually upload the file.
That said, if you go to the PivotTable Options or Analyze tab > Change Source Data, is the range picking up all of the data? I suspect the range is incorrect.
