Dear John,

For filter of label in Pivot Table, is it possible to have more than one level of filter in one field.

Refer attached file for print screen or any work around to get the same result.

Thanks

Seok Li

Hey Seok Li,

Great question!

You will need to right click anywhere on your Pivot Table and select: Pivot Table Options

Then go to the tab: Totals & Filters

Then you need to check the box: Allow multiple filters per Field

You will then be able to apply multiple filters.  Also have a look at the video tutorial: 6.13 - Apply Multiple Filters

Cheers,

John

Dear John,

Thanks for your reply.

How about having two level of filter in label only?

Referring to attached, For example, I would like to filter item description that Do Not contain "AMORE" and "BEEMSTER".

How can I do that ?

Thanks

Hey Seok Li,

For this filter you will need to click on the Item Description filter/drop-down in the Pivot Table and deselect the items that contain "AMORE" and "BEEMSTER".

Then press ok.

I hope this helps.

Cheers,

John
