I have a workbook with multiple tabs, I have the code working to send it however i want to send all but 2-3 sheets of my workbook each sheet has its own email address. Also what would be the code to send it auto every week based on a cell value. for example i want to send this every Friday at a certian time.

So you want to send each sheet to a different email address?
You can't reliably set up Excel to auto-send at specific periods. For a start you need to have the workbook open to run any code and then you have to ensure the code is running.
Please attach your workbook so I can see what code you are using, can't help any more without it.

Okay I have the workbook attached can you just tell me how to set up the code so that each sheet that has an email address in a7 it would send that. I have a few sheets that I don't want to send. Thank you!
