I have a macro where I login in ServiceNow. It works ok outside citrix but when I try to run it inside
citrix, the can't see the elements. Can anyone have encountered this error or know how to fix it?

Hi,
Can't see any reason on the face of it why it wouldn't work inside a Citrix session. But I don't know what restrictions are in place in your session. Do you have access to the same file locations? Do you have the same user permissions?
If your VBA works outside the Citrix session then it sounds like a problem for your System Administrators to sort out. I don' think there's much we can do to debug the issue without access to your Citrix environment.
