CC
Location
Body
Please I need a slight modification, instead of checking emails from outlook folder, can it do the same for the emails saved in a desktop folder?
I have about 700 emails saved in a folder in desktop, I want to extract same info from those emails.

Not VBA but have you looked at getting emails in Power Query?
you can connect directly to Microsoft Exchange and then just refresh - i know nothing about power query but have set one up in work in 30 mins.

I just need your help how I can select sub folder from my Inbox
Example: I have sub folder "My team" in my INBOX so can you update the attached macro to deal with this sub folder not all INBOX.
