Who's file is this?

No. You have to open the workbook before you can do that, so you'd have to brute-force guess the password which would probably not happen in your lifetime in VBA.

Even it were possible, I don't think it's ethical. If it's not your own file then it might be a breach in an agreement or product you purchased or was made by another person.
