In the attachment I have a pivot report that I need to send to 4 sales people,
This is just an example of another file that has 20 sales people
I am looking for a short way how to send them one button email -
Each person sells their report separately.
I would love for help how to do this in macro,

Do you want to send them a copy of the sheet? Or send them a PDF? Or an image?
Will each person get the same report?

Each will receive a separate report based on their own data.
It will receive the report in a PDF file.
Now I do this a long manual way-
Filters one salesperson in Pivot - prints to PDF and sends it by email
And so I do this to 25 sales people.
Help me a lot of macro code that will do the job for me
And sends a sales report with other data to each individual individually to their email.

Hi Leah,
Please see attached workbook.
As it is each email will be displayed on your screen for you to check it is correct. This is just for you to test and make sure everything is working as you wish.
Once you are happy you can change the variable DisplayEmail to False and the emails will just be sent without being displayed.
