Hi David

Your description is too brief.

If you attach an Excel workbook to an email, there is no reason why any graphic in the file would be removed.

Couldn't understand the macro in your attachment.

Maybe one of the code is removing the logo. Another possibility is the code copied the data of a range but did not include the logo.

Thanks Sunny!

In fact we use this macro for a long time so far no problems ONLY in 2014 about three ago when we change OS[ operating system  from XP to Windows 7 professional, then this problem emerges. We double check  the vb codes but still can not fixe the error, it can keep sending [ mass mailing ] but only the Company logo is removed from each of the Excel attachment, other content remains intact in the Excel file

Can I conclude  this is due to windows security or the proxy setting in our Email server rather than the macro files script??

You could try sending a normal email with an Excel attachment containing the logo plus other graphics and see if they are removed.

If they got removed, then at least it rules out the macro as the culprit.

Unfortunately i can't help you on the security/setting part. Maybe some other experts in the forum can help you on this.

Thanks  Sunny, will have a go what you suggested.

In fact we try in XP enviroment before Company logo remains in the  Excel attachment, so most likely it is the Windows OS or proxy setting security issues in our email server.

Anyway deep thanks Sunny  your valuable advice..
