Thanks, Sunny that's exactly the idea to place the desired data into the re-designed template, using the new master record.
Will recheck if more field record need to be allot into the template. Thanks again Sunny, realyy saves us a lot of time in doing the job.

Sorry if we want to write the unquie LOR No of each invoice at the left end bottom of the invoice how to change the macro?

I'm not clear where you want the LOR no. to be.
Can you post a sample where it should be?
