Hi ,
I am working on the spreadsheet where i enter contributions recieved from Club members, please tell me how can i easily do this using VBA?

Not sure why you need vba to do this. Are you wanting to make a form? Cause simply entering contributions to a spreadsheet should be as simple as keying it in. Or maybe I should ask what do you want the vba to accomplish?
