I need a function that uses the value of a cell in a formula, and the answer of that formula replaces the value of that cell...
Example A1= (A1+B1)/2, the answer will be the new A1. I am not sure how to accomplish this.

Hi Kat,
You can't do that, it's what's called a circular reference.
But if you explain what you are trying to do maybe there's another way.
