I am not really sure how to use transpose, pivot and un-pivot in Power Query using the sample data i pull into Power Query.
I provided in the sample excel file with the dataset and end result which i want to get.

Hi Francis,
Please see attached. This query is fragile in that slight changes to the structure of the PDF will break it, but for the example you provided it works.
There is still some work to do : the Amounts are text rather than numbers, Invoice date is not a date. I left these as is because to fix it is easy but I didn't know if you wanted them left as they are.
