Hello

Hello i have a spreadshet/power query data

and I need to somehow total the first 12 rows for each person in the query, I've tried various date based formula but because the dates are sequential it doesn't seem to want to work, so now, I'm thinking that its best to do 12 rows.

There are 104 employees in my data set with varying number of rows per person, from 1 up to 28

any ideas?  I'm lost with it.

Sample Data

Hi Martyn,

Can you please attach a file, rather than a picture via Dropbox?

You can group by ID and add a custom column keeping the first 12 rows of each of the nested tables in the grouped column. Easiest to demonstrate on a file with your own data.

Perhaps the attached file contains the PQ solution you need. Otherwise I may have misunderstood.
