I have a data set that is set (call logs) that are set at UTC time as default. However, I'm trying to group call logs by time so I can output the time of day we have the highest instance of different call types.

I'm having trouble finding a way in Power Query to change the time zone from the data set to Eastern time or calculate  to + or - hours correctly. 

Does anyone have suggestions?
