I need to build a database of members who attend various working groups. I can access this data in Public Folders in Outlook because each working group has an email distribution list which is maintained and updated in real time.

Is there a way to access this data using Excel and Power Query?

Any hints would be greatly appreciated.

Many thanks in advance.

James

Hi James,

You should setup a shared excel file using OneDrive, or even google sheets, you will be able to connect to that file from Power Query.

To connect with Public Folders in Outlook, vba is the only way.
