Missing rows of data - What are the limitations of Power Query?

Hi, I have a series of files that I combine using Power Query, they have 209 columns each and vary in row size. I've discovered that one of them (with 500 rows) is only importing the first 128. I'm assuming that this is something to do with the maximum amount of data you can import?

More importantly I need a workaround either:

1. To be able to import all the data

or

2. To be able to remove columns not required and then refresh the preview to return all the rows (I've tested this and it returned all the rows when I deleted some columns but not sure how I can do this in the script?)

Help much appreciated!

Hi Carol,

The Power Query editor only shows a preview of the data, but when you Close & Load it will import all rows. Have you actually tested closing and loading to see how many rows are imported?
