I'm importing data from a spreadsheet that lists several instruments and all of the dates they were calibrated. I want to limit the results to show only the last 3 calibrations for each instrument. Can I do this in Power Query? Example data attached.

Probably yes, but you didn't include the file. After adding an attachment, don't forget to press the Upload button 🙂

I'm using Excel in Office 365 on a PC.

Thanks for attaching the file. I've added some basic PQ code to it. See if that will work for you.
