How to add a section header to each row as applicable

Hi,

I am new to Power Bi but it seems to be able to do most of the manipulating tasks I need for a monthly task I need to perform.

I have a file that I need to manipulate, it has section headers and I would like these to be listed as a new column at the end of each applicable row.

I have attached a sample raw data file and a (manually) manipulated end result file.

Can Power BI do this for me please?

Welcome to our forum!

You can use Power Query inside of Excel or Power BI to clean this data. See Query 1 in the file attached.
