I weekly receive via email a .CSV file with x records so i have to get the first row, the last row and the row witch contains the max temperature and put all these 3 raws in a unique file to create a dynamic and automated report in PowerBI. can someone please help me?

Ps. sorry for my poor english.

How about uploading a sample file of 10-15 records showing a representative sample of what you have.  Then show us a mocked up solution of what you want.  This will expedite getting a workable solution that is specific to your needs.

Hi Mr. Sidman! Thank you for the answer. There is a link of a Telegram page I have created with the two files uploaded. https://t.me/+DAGt9x2ZyXVlMTZk

Hi Agim,

To upload files, look after the Attachments button when you add a message, it will allow you to select the files then Upload them attached to your message.

Note that there will be 2 buttons: Select Files and Start Upload, you need to use them both.
