foa, thanks for your wonderful channel and way of teaching, and i would really appreciate if you can help me in this dilemma
I am combining and loading 4 files. two for each regions and two for each quarter. the workflow will be that at end of each quarter (or 6 weeks later on) data will be uploaded to a server, and it ll need to update whatever graphs and tables i made. each has approx 1.2 m record.
the only things i do to the sample query is that i promote the 1st row into a heading, and I delete few unnecessary columns. i can t share the data unfortunately. Can you please direct to what is causing the problem or what i am doing wrong. is it the large file size of the 4 documents?

Welcome to our forum! It's difficult to diagnose the cause of the error, but if you're loading it to an Excel Table in the worksheet then it's probably hitting a row limitation. You'd need to load this query to the data model and create a connection only.
