Dear Mynda,
I loaded my data from a folder into a pivot table. I tried to refresh the query after edit some data from the folder but I got the error message says problems obtaining data. Firstly I thought it is because I exceed the row of an Excel book can obtain but I load back as pivot table not excel table so it should not be the case. Do you know why?

No, I don't know what is causing it, sorry.
Where is the data stored that you're getting with the query? i.e. what is the source and where is it saved?
What is the exact error message, word for word?
Are there any other dependent queries or is it a single query in the workbook?
