I tried sorting in power query and bring it to excel.
But I do not have the same sorting order as power query in excel. I tried Table.Buffer wraped with Table.sort and it still does not work.Please let me know what else should I change and check.

Please always supply a workbook with data
You haven't said how you are sorting but I'm guessing it's by the AccomCode. When I type those codes into Excel, they sort correctly both in the Excel sheet and when I bring them into PQ.

I have an issue with my live data. when I tried to make a sample data, I do not have the issue.
I am sorting by Facility (1st) then CustID (2nd).
The sorting looks fine in power query but I came across the issue when I close and load.

are you unable to supply a copy of your live data?
Without it, the help I can offer is limited.
Are you using a custom list to sort in Excel?
The 2 images you supplied show different data? The 2nd one doesn't have any Facility Code 1001?
Regardless, both sets of data look to be sorted correctly according to your criteria. How does the sort in these images differ from what you expect?
