Hi Mynda
I need to practice quite a lot I know and I am doing it. I add a file here where I tried to work on some of the data. I managed to clean it to what I needed but still coudl do with some help.

Hi Dieneba,
I’m not following the explanation. E.g. you say:
IF in Feb 23 (column A) the Email [email protected] (B) has Application 1, 2 in column D then nothing changes
IF in Feb 23 (column A) the Email [email protected] (B) has Application 1, 2 and 3 in column D then 1 and 2 should not appear and only 3 will show
Do you mean:
IF in Feb 23 (column A) the Email [email protected] (B) has Application 1 or 2 in column D then nothing changes
IF in Feb 23 (column A) the Email [email protected] (B) has Application 1, 2 or 3 in column D then 1 and 2 should not appear and only 3 will show (will show what?)
If you can insert the desired result in column E of your file, then I can follow the logic and know that what I write is going to do what you want. With the written examples above I’m still guessing to a degree.

Hi Mynda
I tried to be clearer in the file. The thing is I am not sure how to translate in a formula when you have AND with OR in the same formula. I watched the video on Excel Conditional Formula. I am going to watch it again. Individually I understand but it's the combination of both that is unclear. Also, the formula will apply for each email and for each date
Hi Dieneba,
I'm going to terminate this thread because you are also emailing me about it, so best just to have one place for the questions so we don't end up doing double the work
