I have an access database and have connected power query into it to pull data into a some excel spreadsheets. These spreadsheets are accessed and updated by users who do not currently have permission to the folder where the access database resides. If I give users read only permission will they be able to refresh the queries, they currently cannot. Any suggestions would be helpful.

Yes, they should be able to refresh the query.
