Hi:
I have to merge around 55 reports from 6 different folders into one report
Currently the template to be used has the site number, name and date as a drop down validation list
I believe I will need to have these as columns in the template so that a correct merge will happen
Would I create a merged query for each of the reports in a folder first and then combine all of the queries into
one final query to achieve my end result

Hi Jim,
Those folders are in different locations?
If they are located in the same parent folder, importing data from the parent folder will also work for subfolders, all files from each subfolder will be imported.
If not, you will have to create 6 queries from each folder and combine them, or you can set in a sheet a table with those 6 folder paths, and create a single query that will look at each folder path from the table and extract those files.
