Hi Stefano,
After you paste the link and choose next, a new dialog should show up: Access Web Content, on the left side you should have 5 authentication options: Anonymous, Basic, windows, Web API and Organizational Account. Choose this last one, and follow the login steps, after that you should be able to access content.
Check also the file properties on sharepoint, make sure it has at least read only permissions set.
