Hi,
I want to get the data from a file that is updated daily and posted to an FTP server. Is it possible to use Power Query to directly access the file? If not does anyone have any ideas on how to get the data without manually having to download the file first? Is there an easy way to automate downloading the file for example?

Hi Bax,
There's no native way to connect. You can either write your own FTP scripts to download the files from the FTP server to a local folder, or use a service like this: https://www.cdata.com/kb/tech/ftp-odata-power-query.rst
