Hi,

Watches several videos on Dates yet still can't quite get what i'm after, if I could have some guidance please, just note i'm still fairly new to PQ.

So i'm combining and analysing 3 years worth of pick data.

In the Dashboard i'd like to have a slicer for Year/Month to be able to see the data for the relevant month/months but appearing in order.

I've sort of got there but it's not sorted in order and i'm having to find the months i need to select (attached).

I sometimes need to look at one month, 3 months, 6 months etc so looking for an easier way to have this displayed so i can just select what i want to see.

Any advice?

Thanks

Oli

Hi Oli,

No file attached. You need to click 'start upload' after selecting your file, then wait for the grey check mark beside the file size before clicking 'submit reply'.

Sorting fields in Power Pivot is done with a sort by column, see lesson 7.02 of the Power Pivot course.

Hope that points you in the right direction.
