When I click on the Close and Load to... option I only have the options of 'Table' or 'Only Create Connection'. I do not have the Pivot Table or Pivot Chart options.
Please advise.

Hi Terri,
This is because you have an older version of Excel than me and that version doesn't have those options. You will have to first load the data to a Table and then create a PivotTable and Pivot Chart from there.
