Hi,
Line item (FT Expense) comes from each project file and combined into one report. Unfortunately, there are some slight variation in the "FT Expense (cash outflow). some has an additional space, Lower/Upper case in POs, Pos etc. Is there a way to fix it by adding a column like =trim function in excel ( to remove space) etc?? Or need to go into each project file to fix the description (hope not!)

Hi Luna,
You can transform the text on the Transform tab > under the Format drop down you'll find Trim and Clean. Then you can set all text to 'Captialize each word' etc.
This should clean up most of the variations. If there are any left you can use Replace to fix them.
