Please help.
Please refer to the attachment. I created a Pivot table. However, a few fields do not appear as expected. I checked the source files and all data are in place. The columns formats are correct and I also trim/clean all columns to ensure no spaces or unwanted characters.
Can anyone tell me what the possible causes are?

Not from a picture. Load a sample file and explain what your expected results should be versus what you are getting.
