Very Basic question. Recently i have been asked to create some reports for a company that I have started working for, and I would like to use PowerPivot, which will mean upgrading my machine. However the company only runs Office 365 Home and Business on its other machined and don't want to update across the board.
If I use powerpivot can I share this for view and use by others using a 'lesser' version of Office?

Hi Dave,
You can share your files but those users on Home and Business will not be able to make any changes to the Power Pivot PivotTables i.e. no filtering with Slicers, no refreshing the PivotTables, no altering the PivotTables.
Otherwise they can open and read the file, but anything that requires the Power Pivot engine won't work for them.
