Hi Oscar,

You can't make words appear in a pivot table like that, but you can use conditional formatting to highlight negative months where the previous month was also negative.

Hi Oscar,

have you looked at the Conditional Formatting rules in my workbook?

Home Tab -> Conditional Formatting -> Manage Rules

Make sure 'Show formatting rules for' is set to 'This Workbook'.

Regards

Phil

Hi Philip Treacy

or can make this?

If the customer have Negative for continuous 2months, will automatic show how many months. No matter on which month, as long as continuous 2months.
example 1: 1 customer continuous already exceed 2months (negative) , he total got 6 months (negative). then automatic show me 6.
example 2: 1 customer total got 5 months (negative), but she is not continuous 5 moths (negative), so just show me 0

it's possible?

thanks

Hi Oscar,

Please read the forum rules

https://www.myonlinetraininghub.com/excel-forum/forum-rules-and-guides/read-this-first

You don't need to click on the 'Quote' button, it just clutters up the thread and I delete the quoted text. Please just click on 'Add Reply'

Please don't post the same thing twice.

You can't make columns appear like that. It's not how it works.

Phil
