Hi Mynda,

I am a big fan of your YouTube videos and I am a subscriber as well.

I am currently developing a PowerPivot DAX measure for my KPI / SPIs from the progress update of Primavera 6.

I’ve successfully managed to clean the data via Power Query and I have uploaded the data to the Data Model. However I am getting stuck in trying to calculate the cumulative % of the data with respect to the pivot table rows & columns.

My data is time related and I have different criteria for rows, but for the column it’s fixed as Week cut-offs (Thursdays).

I need to calculate the % of the cum. Earned Value & cum. Planned Cost with respect to the Total Cost for each criteria.

Sample pivot table is below, please note that I did not copy the entire column field here, but it's in the excel file and up to year 2021.

I have attached the sample file, please have a look. I did not load the entire PQ into the sheet as the file size is around 30MB.

Hope you can help me..

Thanks a lot in advance.

Hi Akira,

The sample file isn't attached. Please be sure to click the 'start upload' button after selecting the file.

Hi Mynda,

I just checked now, I am unable to upload the file with the query connection. I don't know the reason why as the file is only 1.8MB.

The excel file I uploaded just now only contains the copied pivot table as values.

Thank you.

Hi Phil,

I have shared the file from my outlook however I am not sure if it will be delivered successfully.

Just to be sure I have uploaded the same file via onedrive and a link has been shared with you.

Thanks a lot.

Akira
