Power Pivot refresh error

I've been working with Power Pivot for Excel 2010 for a couple months and out of nowhere got the following error when I updated my source data:

The refresh operation failed because the source data base or the table does not exist, or because you do not have access to the source

More Details:
OLE DB or ODBC error: The connection could not be refreshed. This problem could occur if the connection was copied from another workbook or the workbook was created in a newer version of Excel..
An error occurred while processing the 'Actuals' table.
The current operation was cancelled because another operation in the transaction failed.

I have access to the source (which I assume is the raw data table) and the tables exist.  If I open the Power Query tab, I can refresh the queries.  It seems that issue is with the load into Power Pivot.  I actually came across this error before and completely rebuilt my Power Pivot model.  It seems to only occur when I update the data in the 'Actuals' table.  I had done this for two months with no issues.  What could be the cause?

Hi Eric,

Table and field names in Excel 2010 Power Pivot are super sensitive to change. Is it possible a table or column name has been changed or added since the data was loaded to Power Pivot?

Anyhow, I found this post that offers a fix.

Thanks Mynda.

I had come across that post (and several others) prior to coming to this message board.  The structure, name, etc. of my Table and fields hasn't changed.  The only thing that changed was I pasted updated data into the Table.  Yesterday, I went into Power Pivot, deleted and re-established the Actuals connection and it worked.  Immediately afterwards, I clicked the Refresh All button from the Power Pivot window, and I got the same error.  The Actuals table isn't the only connection I have, but I assumed the Actuals table would refresh without error since I had just re-made the connection.

Did you try getting the new connection string as suggested in the post I linked to?
