Is it possible to create a pivot table in which I have a list of employees that we can can quickly see on a pivot table who is available at what time of the day? Roughly looking at a list of 150 employees that work a variety of different shifts.
would like to be able to click the day of the week, the hour and the pivot table would show me the employees that are available at specific time.

Hi David,
Welcome to our forum! You could use the filters on a Table to filter for employees that fall between date and time ranges. You can't do this with Slicers, but the filters on the table have more advanced filter options.
