Will you mock up what the expected PT should look like.  I am not visualizing what you want.  That will help to determine what we need to do to get the results you desire.

Hi Good morning ,

In our company there is two type of vehicles are working . that is truck trailers and excavators.so i want to monitor daily which is that how many vehicles are worked each  day and also to know the daily count of excavators.

i want to show this result in pivot table in two column .i mean vehicle need one column and excavators need another column.for this i tried to use distinct count.but when i am using distinct count there is blank cells also counting as 1 in distinct count .

for example one day 10 vehicles are worked (eg date 10/11/2021) , i checked in pivot table it is showing 11. because some blank cells are there in vehicle column in main data .

so i need to exclude the count of  blank cells  in pivot table in distinct count.  please give a solution if you got my point.

Hello,

You should arrange your data in a tabular format. See attached file and make a Pivot Table of the rearranged data table, you should get correct results.
