Hello,
I have a data model I update every month with new sales data. I store the data in Access and link the Access database to my data model in Power Pivot. I've been doing this for a couple of years with no issues. This month I updated Access with no issues and the Power Pivot data model updated with no issues. I can see the new data in Power Pivot. For some reason when I refresh the pivot tables that new data that I can see is in the data model, will not be updated in the pivot tables and charts. I've never seen this happen before and I have no idea what to do. I've refreshed every pivot table, refreshed Power Pivot, in connection properties I've deleted and added the connection file back again, I deleted the data from Access and imported again successfully and refreshed everything again, nothing is working. Any help with this issue would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Hi Scott,
I've not heard of that either. Maybe something has become corrupt between the old PivotTables/charts. Presumably you can build new PivotTables and charts and it picks up the new data?

Hi Mynda,
You are correct, creating a new pivot table works. I think I'm going to have to recreate my dashboards from scratch 🙁

🙁 I see that occasionally with PivotTables. Sometimes it's quicker just to bite the bullet and rebuild.
