Creating a Pivot Table with a additional column

Hello,

AttacheReport-Required.jpgd herewith is Excel database and a picture of the report required. 

Have tried many ways to try add the field Part Time thru pivot table ... but have not got success! 
All help will be appreciated.

Hi Pinesh,

Welcome to our forum!

Presumably full time is -1 and part time is 0. In which case, ADD the 'Full_Time?' field to the columns area and change the field setting for the Values to Count, not Sum.
