On Regions table, when I copy the data, the Paste Replace/Paste Append is grey, I could only use Paste function, so I paste the data,which creates a new tab, but on new tab, I am able to use Paste Replace/Paste Append.
Hopefully I made myself clear.

Hi Vivian,
You can only paste new data to an existing table that was originally created from pasting the data. i.e. if the data source is a Table in Excel or an external source then you cannot paste data to it.
