Hi, i always have this problem when i do a pivot table, the date format is always not right. Is there a step i missed during my pivot table? Usually i format the cells to (11-Mar-19) and when i pivot i expect to filter using the months. However i always get in 11/03/2019 format instead. Kindly help 🙂 Thank you very much in advance.

Hi Firah,
This is a PivotTable limitation in that you can't specify a date format, sorry. The workaround is to add the date format as text to your source data, but you may find you have sort issues. It's better to put up with the dd/mm/yyyy format.
