Is there any way to be able to click on a Web URL from within a standard Power Pivot Table without using any other tools (e.g. Power BI)?
I have loaded a table column "URL" with a field value = http://www.cnn.com and designated the column as Data Category = Web URL (Suggested). The value shows up in the Power Pivot but it is not actionable / will not launch a hyperlink to the URL... There are many thousands of different URLs in the table.
Very Grateful for your assistance here as the solution must use standard excel 365 without any other front end...

Hi Dave,
Not that I'm aware of. This is a known limitation of URLs in PivotTables. You could add a column beside the PivotTable that uses the HYPERLINK function to create a clickable hyperlink from the URL in the PivotTable.
