Hello,

I am trying to use the =CUBESETCOUNT function in Power Pivot to get a count for the number of slicer options selected from a specific slicer. When I reference the slicer name (Name to use in formulas attained from Slicer Settings) i get #NA.  Anyone know what I might be missing here?  Thanks.Confused

Hi Chris,

#N/A is returned if the set_expression syntax is incorrect. Has the PivotTable that the Slicer is connected to been deleted by any chance?

It may help to see your formula and screenshot of your Slicer and it's settings.

Hi Mynda,

I think that's my issue.  I'm rather new at this.  I tried using a CUBE function with the slicer connected to just a regular table.  The table is part of my data model but I did not create the (CUBED) pivot table for this particular slicer.  Thanks.

Oh, yes that'd be the problem. The Slicer must be connected to a PivotTable, not a regular Table.
