I created a dashboard in the application using one version of PowerBI, and whenever I open it in the older version on my desktop I get an error. When I attempt to launch the download to update it from the Microsoft score, I get a message stating it is already installed. This is frustrating, and I can't seem to get around it - anyone else experiencing this?

Hi Cheryl,
If the error is about Power Query functionality then you can usually just ignore it and it will work fine. You can try uninstalling Power BI Desktop and then reinstalling.
