I have been going through Lessons 5 and 6 but would value your opinion.
For my own reports, I have been using data through a live api link from our Dynamics CRM instance in Power BI Desktop. If I wish to share the dataset with a colleague to build his own dashboard but restrict him from changing or touching the data, what is the best approach to take in Power BI Service? Should I create a Workspace and how do I set up the data source? Thank you.

Hi Linda,
Workspaces are for collaborating on the building of your reports and dashboards. You can't 'change or touch the data' as such in a workspace. You can only refresh the connection/queries. Remember, Power BI doesn't have any Power Query or Power Pivot tools, so you can only build reports in the service.
It sounds like it would work if you set up your colleague with access to the Workspace as a "Contributor".
