Is anyone aware of Reference Lines being removed from Power BI? I'm lesson 4.13 and following along just great, but I don't see reference lines in my Visualizations tab, either on the Visual or General tab.

Never mind. In the magnifying glass, they've added lines in separate categories (min, max, etc.) instead of having 1 place called 'reference line'.

Glad you found it, Nate.
It looks like you're still using the old interface. In the videos I have enabled the On-object interactions (File > Options and Settings > Options > Preview Features).
You might want to do the same so it's easier to follow along with the videos. Also, make sure you've downloaded the latest version of Power BI Desktop.
