Hello Mynda,
I have a question when watching your 3.06 lesson.
You showed the way to use quick measure to create percentage difference for Next Year Budget and budget. The result shows, for instance, for Manager Brown, the percentage is 33.64%. If we manually calculate the percentage, it would be (29-22)/22, that is 31.82%. Could you please let me know if I did anything wrong, and why there is the difference? Thanks.

Welcome to our forum!
There's rounding not visible on the face of the table visual. Remember Next Year Budget is calculated: Actual * 1.05 so it's actually (29.4-22)/22=33.64%
